Nurlan began on site in 1999 — not in an office, but with a trowel in hand. Over 25 years he has grown NOOR STROY from a two-man finishing crew into one of the most trusted construction names in Kazakhstan.
He still visits every active site weekly. His rule is unchanged since day one: build every house as if your own family will live in it.

A quarter-century of quiet, disciplined building.
NOOR STROY was founded in 2001 in Almaty. We deliberately grew slowly: first mastering finishing, then full renovation, then turnkey construction — never taking a project we could not deliver flawlessly.
Today the company unites engineers, architects and master craftsmen who have completed more than nine hundred projects across Kazakhstan. Most of our clients come from one source: the recommendation of a previous client.

Questions we hear on every first call.
After a site visit and measurements we prepare a line-by-line estimate: materials, labour and engineering are itemised separately. The figure you sign is fixed in the contract and does not change unless you change the scope.
A typical 250–400 m² house takes 10–14 months including design and finishing. The exact schedule is fixed in the contract with weekly milestones — and penalties on our side for delays.
Up to 10 years on structural work, 5 years on engineering systems and 2 years on finishes. Warranty visits are scheduled proactively — you do not have to chase us.
Either side can. Most clients use our procurement: 25 years of supplier relationships mean trade prices and materials that are verified before they reach your site.
Yes. Architectural approvals, utility connections and acceptance documentation are managed by our own engineers as part of the contract.
In stages, tied to completed and accepted work — never large upfront sums. A typical schedule is 5–7 payments across the project, each after your sign-off.
